Mike Shinoda Says Linkin Park Will Continue Following Chester Bennington's Death

Linkin Park co-founder Mike Shinoda has confirmed the band will continue following the tragic death of frontman Chester Bennington last year. 

Bennington was found dead in his California home on 20 July, just months after the US heavyweights released their seventh studio album, One More Light.

"I have every intention on continuing with LP, and the guys feel the same," Shinoda responded to a fan during a Twitter Q&A.

"We have a lot of rebuilding to do, and questions to answer, so it’ll take time."

Following Bennington's death, Linkin Park performed a tribute concert in October, followed by the release of the One More Light: Live LP in December; a live album made from their final tour with Bennington.
