The WhitlamsThe 67th Toowoomba Carnival Of Flowers has unveiled a program of headliners across music, food, wine, floral art and gardening taking place 16-25 September.
A ten-day event of flowers, flavours and sounds, the TCF will feature performances from The Whitlams with the Toowoomba Concert Orchestra, Tim Finn, Birds Of Tokyo and more.
It will also host three of Australia's leading names in floral design - Charlie Albone, Annita Bokobli and Bart Hassam.
One of Australia's most popular chefs, Miguel Maestre, will supply the taste of the carnival supported by a range of local chefs and the best regional produce there is.
