With pre-sale and general sale tickets going on sale next week, the Laneway Festival team isn’t making people wait. Ticket prices and other purchasing information are already online.
In case you missed it: Laneway Festival announced the line-up for its 2027 edition this morning, and it’s a big one for fans of hyper-pop, indie and pop, and Irish post-punk.
Leading the charge are Irish rockers Fontaines D.C. and Hayley Williams, bringing her The Hayley Williams Show to festival stages. Organisers have also booked buzzed-about acts including Slayyyter, ADÉLA, Kim Petras, MUNA, Ninajirachi, and more.
Next year’s festival is stopping in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, and Auckland, with acts including Fontaines D.C., Jane Remover and Tiffany Day performing sideshows in Adelaide and Perth.
As the Australian dates are 16+, they also list GA Youth tickets on their website – the same price as adult tickets, but under-18 punters will need the right ticket to access entry. The New Zealand date is 18+, so it only lists adult tickets.

Registering for pre-sale and getting your hands on pre-sale tickets is more important than ever, as first-release pre-sale tickets are the cheapest you can buy. Prices increase as each release sells out. Plus, there’s a VIP tier.

What Comes with A VIP Ticket?
VIP ticket holders will access a VIP entry lane, have exclusive access to a VIP area which contains a dedicated bar, exclusive food offerings, and a dedicated merch stall, free phone charging, exclusive bathrooms, chill-out areas with extra shade and seating, and, depending on the city, a VIP viewing platform.
Pre-Sale & General Sale
The Laneway Festival pre-sale launches on Wednesday, 7 October, and runs for 23 hours in each city (or until allocation is exhausted). You can sign up for exclusive access to first release tickets here.
The general sale commences on Thursday, 8 October. Tickets will be released at staggered times per city for pre-sale and the general sale – check out the timings below.

Dates & Venues
The 2027 edition of Laneway Festival launches at Sydney’s Centennial Park on Friday, 12 February.
It continues at Brisbane Showgrounds on Saturday, 13 February; Melbourne’s Flemington Park on Friday, 19 February; and concludes in New Zealand at Auckland’s Western Springs on Sunday, 21 February.
