The line-up for the 2010 Laneway Festival has landed with an eclectic list being announced for the first round of acts to perform at the increasingly popular festival. The 2010 festival is shaping up to be a corker with an exciting line-up and new venues.
The Laneway 2009 festival was hampered by a slew of issues, particularly at the Melbourne event where punters were packed in like sardines, many missing bands due to the sheer number of people trying to squeeze into various stages. Organisers have taken note and many changes have been made to the 2010 event, including larger venues to accommodate crowds.
Heading up the festival will be UK veterans Echo and The Bunnymen with there 80’s infused post punk sounds. Joining them will be fellow Brits Florence and The Machine (pictured), Hip Hop dance party N.A.S.A, folk rockers Mumford and Sons plus a whole bunch more.
