The hunt is on.

US label Atlantic Records are after the person who leaked a track from the soundtrack for the forthcoming Suicide Squad film and want the court to issue a subpoena to the Reddit website where the song was leaked.

According to TMZ, documents show that Atlantic sent just a few digital copies of Twenty One PilotsHeathens to a small group of people, including the band and some label execs, a week before it was scheduled to be released, however the song leaked online the following day.

It is alleged that the song was uploaded to Dropfile.io late last month and later shared on Reddit by an as-yet unidentified person.

Atlantic claim that by being forced to release the song officially shortly after the leak, they lost revenue on a marketing campaign which was still a week away.
