Kylie Australian 'Tension Tour' Setlist Revealed

Kylie Minogue kickstarted her Tension Tour of Australia with a bang on Saturday (15 February), bringing live debuts of new songs and performances of classics to Perth.

In the first show on her 70-date global Tension Tour, expectations and anticipation were high for her devoted fans. Reviewing Kylie’s show at Perth’s RAC Arena, The Music’s Jake Fitzpatrick proclaimed: “The Princess of Pop dazzles in her long-awaited Australian return, proving she’s as captivating as ever after four decades in the game.”

Fitzpatrick added, “Kylie’s legacy is undeniable. Nearly 40 years in the game, and she’s still shimmering as brightly as always.”

Performing Padam Padam, Hold On To Now, Things We Do For Love, and the title track from Tension, Kylie’s first setlist of the tour contained an abundance of hits, such as Can’t Get You Out Of My Head, In Your Eyes, Love At First Sight, Come Into My World, The Loco-Motion, Better The Devil You Know, Slow, All The Lovers, Spinning Around, and more, bringing four decades of classics to the stage.

In addition to the songs mentioned above, Kylie’s first set of the tour featured what we hope remains throughout the tour: a fan-request section.

In Perth, the fan requests Kylie answered were an acoustic snippet of her collaboration with Nick Cave, Where The Wild Roses Grow, Breathe, and I Should Be So Lucky.

After the Perth show, Kylie will perform in Adelaide tomorrow night (18 February). She will then spend three nights in her home city of Melbourne, two nights in Brisbane, and three nights in Sydney. The final tickets can be found on the Frontier Touring website.

At the time of publication, Kylie’s Australian Tension Tour has sold over 100,000 tickets.
