The electronic pioneers will play some very special shows.
Legendary electropop outfit Kraftwerk have been announced as the headline act for this year's Vivid LIVE in Sydney.
The band formed in Germany way back in 1970, popularizing the electronic genre. They became known for their catchy melodies, simplistic beats and heavy use of vocoders and computer speech software. Although they haven't released an album of new material since 2003, the band have continued to tour all over the world.
Kraftwerk will bring their The Catalogue 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 show to Vivid, playing eight seperate shows in four days. Each show will see a different album recreated - and in 3D.
The shows will take place at the Joan Sutherland Theatre, Sydney Opera House. Tickets will be available from Monday 25 February to Friday 1 March, but only via an online application process. To apply, head here.
