King Gizzard & The Lizard WizardMelbourne's King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard have today announced their debut album, 12 Bar Bruise, along with some fantastic cover art.
Recorded with Rocket Science's guitarist Paul Maybury, who also recorded their Willoughby's Beach EP, the album was laid down across weekends late March in Anglesea and Maybury's Fairfield studio.
The psych-surf-garage band's record clocks in at just under 35 minutes and has some of the most impressive album artwork of the year to date. It will be released Friday 7 September.
