King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard Score Triple J Feature Album Honours This Week

Here's what you'll be hearing on triple j this week.

Aussie rockers King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard will take over triple j this week with their latest album.

The band’s sixteenth studio album, K.G., has been named the youth broadcaster’s Feature Album, and it’s in fine company this week with a stack of other local favourites also added to rotation.

Other Aussie tracks to set feature throughout the week include Eves Karydas’ Get Me So High, Hooligan Hefs’ SEND IT!, The Jungle Giants’ In Her Eyes, Odette’s Dwell, Taka Perry’s Diamonds and Alison Wonderland’s collab with US producer Valentino Khan, Anything.

They’ll be joined by British singer-songwriter Bakar’s 1st Time, as well as English DJ Jax Jones and German talent Au/Ra’s i miss you.

Over on the spot additions playlist there’s new local music from Ali Barter (Twisted Up), Babe Rainbow (Zeitgeist), RedHook (Cure 4 Psycho) and Tasman Keith (CONFIDENT), alongside deadmau5 and Kiesza’s Bridged By A Lightwave.
