Country superstar Keith Urban has announced an Australian national tour for next June.

The Grammy and ARIA award winning entertainer will perform six shows as part of his Light The Fuse tour. Tickets for these gigs go on sale Monday 9 December at 9am. Advance tickets will be available to all Visa credit, debit and prepaid cardholders on Tuesday 3 December from noon until 5pm on Thursday 5 December.

Urban will be showcasing all his hits as well as songs off his recent number one album Fuse, which beat EDM superstar Avicii's True and roots muso Jack Johnson's From Here To Now To You in a close chart battle a couple of months back.

The New Zealand-born, Australian-raised musician will also be performing at the 2014 Clipsal 500 After Race Concert in Adelaide on Sunday 2 March.
