Already masters of evoking an emotional response through melody, Kate Miller-Heidke and Megan Washington have announced shows alongside the West Australian Symphony Orchestra for next year; a pairing that will no doubt elevate that connection to the next level.
Pairing with WASO at Perth Concert Hall, classically trained, eclectic songstress Miller-Heidke will kick off the 2017 series on Mar 31, before Megan Washington makes the venue her own on Oct 27.
Tickets for both performances go on sale this Wednesday, Aug 3, at 9am via the WASO website.
The elegant venue will also host a performance from Ben Folds and yMusic later this month. In 2005, Folds released a live DVD of his performance with WASO in Perth.
