The controversial track from the controversial rapper attracts more controversy.
Rapper Kanye West has once again found himself in the midst of some new controversy, this time accused of stealing one of the major samples from the hit song Bound 2 by the singer on the recording.
Ricky Spicer was 12 years old when he recorded the song Bound with the group Ponderosa Twins Plus One – he was the 'Plus One' who would join the two sets of twins – back in 1969. He is now suing Kanye West for copyright infringement, saying that West did not ask permission to use the sample and, as such, has violated Spicer's copyright by using it on the track.

Here's Bound 2 (and, just in case you haven't seen this ridiculous video before, it's pretty NSFW):
According to the New York Daily News, the suit says “Mr. Spicer's voice is sampled exactly as he recorded it and his voice … is heard several times.”
Spicer is demanding compensation or for West to cease and desist from using his voice.
Bound 2 is taken from Kanye West's number one album Yeezus, which theMusic's writers ranked as the best album of 2013.
