British singer and musician Joe Jackson is returning to Australia and New Zealand in January 2027, today announcing his first tour in the region since 2008.
The tour begins in New Zealand, with shows taking place at the Christchurch Town Hall on Saturday, 23 January, and the Auckland Town Hall on Tuesday, 26 January. From there, Jackson heads to Australia.
The Australian dates commence at Sydney’s State Theatre on Thursday, 28 January. They continue at Brisbane’s Fortitude Music Hall on Monday, 1 February, Melbourne’s Hamer Hall on Wednesday, 3 February, Adelaide’s Thebarton Theatre on Saturday, 6 February, and conclude at Perth’s Riverside Theatre on Tuesday, 9 February.
Early Bird pre-sale tickets will be available on Thursday, 9 July, at 10 am local time, followed by the general sale on Monday, 13 July, at 10 am local time. You can find more ticketing information on the Destroy All Lines website.
Jackson is touring in support of his latest album, Hope & Fury. His 22nd album, the songs explore his “kind of love-hate relationship” with England.
Jackson is a Grammy Award-winning singer, songwriter and pianist whose career has spanned decades. His music has spotlighted new wave, rock, pop, jazz, classical and other genres, with his debut album, Look Sharp!, marking his breakthrough in 1979.
