Jenn Grant Unveils Deluxe Album Reissue And Australian Tour Dates

Canadian artist Jenn Grant has announced a deluxe edition release of her acclaimed album Compostela, coupled with a string of east coast Australian tour dates.  

The five-track reissue includes acoustic takes on Mauve, Bring Me A Rose, and Trailer Park. It also features a French version of the track Bombshell, as well as a highly anticipated cover of the classic Hunters and Collectors’ song Throw Your Arms Around Me.   

When speaking of the new project, the JUNO award nominee says, "It’s almost been a year since Compostela was first released and it’s been amazing to tour around the world with this record. I’m so proud of everything that has come from it.

"This deluxe edition sees me recorded in French for the very first time and recording a cover version of Hunters and Collectors track that I performed on my first Australian tour. I wanted to sing a song that connected with that audience but also be able to give it my own style. Some songs just fit your voice like a glove, and this one feels that way to me."

In support of the new release, she'll head to Victoria and New South Wales in November and December, during which she'll stop by the Australian Music Week Conference and the Mullum Music Festival.
