Local Dance Music Legend Tops Club Chart

Having been cranking out progressive club anthems since the '90s, Australian dance music producer Ivan Gough is celebrating the year's biggest ARIA Club Chart number one so far this year.

Gough's In My Mind is a collaboration with local electronic duo Feenixpawl and Perth indie popper Georgi Kay.

The combo have notched up a seventh week as ARIA's number one club song, the longest run at the top since Aviccii's smash Lines managed a seven-week run late in 2011.

Gough, who is also one-half of TV Rock (as well as recording under a variety of otheer monikkers including The Traveller & Quest, MI$FIT$ and Digital Mind Control), has watched the new track catapult onto decks after garnering a remix from Swedish house superstar Axwell.

Gough's also charting with his remix of Jono Fernandez & Twin Atoms' Lights Are Fading, which sits at eight this week after ten weeks in the Club Chart, having peaked at number two.
