The singers will pay tribute to Queen with a concert tour this July and August.

A star-studded roster of Australian rock singers has joined forces to honour one of the greatest bands of all time: Queen.

Celebrating Queen is a heartfelt tribute to the timeless legacy of the Freddie Mercury-fronted band. The resulting tribute is a tour across the country, featuring a powerhouse line-up of accomplished Australian singers: iOTA, Mark Williams, Jason Singh (Taxiride) and Glenn Cunningham. A full band will accompany the quartet at all shows.

The 20-song set is stacked with Queen’s greatest hits, such as Bohemian Rhapsody, We Will Rock You, Somebody To Love, Killer Queen, We Are The Champions, Radio Ga Ga, Another One Bites The Dust, Under Pressure, Don’t Stop Me Now, Crazy Little Thing Called Love, and more. The tour begins at Brisbane’s The Tivoli on Friday, 17 July. It continues at Adelaide’s The Gov on Friday, 24 July, Perth’s Rosemount Hotel on Saturday, 25 July, Melbourne’s 170 Russell on Friday, 7 August, and concludes at Sydney’s Metro Theatre on Saturday, 8 August.

Pre-sale tickets will be available on Tuesday, 10 March, at 10 am local time. The general sale opens on Thursday, 12 March, at 10 am local time. You can find ticketing information on the Metropolis Touring website.
