Ice Spice Is More Popular Than The Beatles Right Now

Ice Spice has overtaken The Beatles in monthly Spotify listeners. 

The Beatles are sitting on 27,905,824 monthly listeners where as Ice Spice is sitting at 28,511,052 monthly listeners. 

At the top of the list of monthly listeners is The Weeknd, at 101.35 million monthly listeners. He was the first artist to crack 100 million monthly listeners.

He's followed by Miley Cyrus at number 2 with 81.49 million listeners, Taylor Swift at 80.35 monthly listenrs and Rihanna, who off the back of her SuperBowl performance has snuck back up to fourth place with 79.85 million listeners. 

Ice Spice's meteoric rise came off the back of the release of her debut EP Like..? which released earlier this year. It features hit singles Munch and Bikini Bottom. She has taken the internet by storm with her signature brand of New York drill which is merged with powerful feminine energy.

Ice Spice has since become one of the most well adored personalities to break onto the global music scene, with her popularising now universally understood lingo.

Most recently she hopped on a remix of PinkPantheress' smash single Boy's A Liar Pt. 2 which is undeniably viral with the London, New York link up proving to be as iconic as previous collaborations between the two cities, living up to the hype of Praise The Lord by A$AP Rocky and Skepta.
