The Glaswegian producer was set to play festival spots as well as headline shows
Scottish electronic musician Hudson Mohawke has pulled the plug on his planned tour of Australia to take care of an unspecified ailment, his representatives have announced.
HudMo had appearances scheduled at Beyond The Valley, Lost Paradise and Southbound festivals, as well as headline shows in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, though all of those gigs — along with the rest of his planned run of dates throughout Australasia — have now been axed to give the renowned producer time to recover.
"Regrettably, Hudson Mohawke has been forced to cancel his upcoming festival & headline shows in Australia, New Zealand and Asia due to a health issue," a statement posted to HudMo's Facebook page explains.
According to the statement, ticket-holders for the musician's planned headline shows will be able to seek refunds from their point of purchase.
