Tame ImpalaThis morning, Australian music royalty Tame Impala – the project spearheaded by singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and producer Kevin Parker – announced that he’s coming home this October.
Bringing his Deadbeat tour Down Under, the tour will see Tame Impala perform in arenas across the country. Playing as a six-piece band, Parker will showcase songs from the latest Tame Impala album, Deadbeat, released last year.
Joining Tame Impala on all dates is one of the hottest names in Australian music: Ninajirachi.
Last year was the producer’s – born Nina Wilson – biggest year to date, taking home the 2025 Australian Music Prize, NSW Music Prize, two J Awards (including Album of the Year), and three ARIA Awards for her debut album, I Love My Computer.
Deadbeat is also already racking up acclaim. The album topped the charts in Australia, while the recent hit single, Dracula, reached #3 on this year’s triple j Hottest 100. Plus, Parker won his second Grammy Award earlier this month, taking home the win for Best Dance/Electronic Recording for the track End of Summer.
