So many ladies too

More Montaigne More Montaigne

Every Wednesday when triple j reveal the songs they'll be adding to rotation the following week, we usually expect about a 50/50 split between hot new tracks from overseas and hot new tracks from home. This week though, the youth broadcaster has revealed they'll be adding nearly all Aussie acts to the station, bar Chance The Rapper and A Day To Remember

The Chicago rapper has scored the week's Feature Album with his new mixtape Coloring Book, while Floridian post-hardcore favourites A Day To Remember have picked up an addition with their new song, Bad Vibrations.

Local talent spotlighted this week include The Avalanches with their comeback single, Frankie Sinatra, along with a bunch of Australia's favourite female musos — the new winner of the Josh Pyke Partnership Alex Lahey, E^ST with Mallrat, Montaigne and psych rockers Stonefield all get a look in.

You'll also hear new tracks from Wild Honey and The Lulu Raes as spot additions next week in an altogether stellar list of new songs.
