All treat, no trick.
Aussie funk/jazzernauts Hiatus Kaiyote have announced a special one-off Halloween extravaganza for Melbourne fans to get their spooky grooves on this October 31.
The mini-fest will feature the band headlining alongside local acts presenting scary-themed performances, including The Night Terrors, Alon Ilsar's NightmAir, Uncomfortable Science: In Hell and more. The event will also feature a Halloween drag show and a short film festival.
Fans are welcome to submit their own mini horror movies, which will play in a pop-up theatre throughout the night. Hiatus Kaiyote also encourage patrons to get into the costume side of things for the evening, with door prizes for best dressed.
PBS host DJ Richie 1250 will MC the evening, as the spooktacular takes over Melbourne's Forum Theatre.
Tickets will go on sale from Wednesday, 25 August. Check out theGuide for all the details.
