Travelling music festival Here Comes The Sun returns this year for its biggest edition to date.

Partnering with World Surf League, this year’s events – taking place in Victoria, Western Australia, and Queensland – will be presented alongside the World Surf League’s Australian Championship Tour events this April and May.

Combining live music with surfing, this year’s event is headlined by beloved Aussie acts Lime Cordiale and The Jungle Giants. The all-Australian line-up also stars Young Franco, Sycco, Eliza & The Delusionals, and Mariae Cassandra, with more to be announced soon.

Here Comes The Sun 2026 begins at Torquay Common, Victoria, on Saturday, 4 April. It continues at 3 Oceans, Margaret River, on Saturday, 25 April, and concludes at the Gold Coast’s Queen Elizabeth Park on Saturday, 2 May. All events take place during pro surfing weekends.

Pre-sale tickets will be available on Thursday, 22 January, at 4 pm AEDT – sign up here for access – followed by the general sale on Friday, 23 January, at 9 am AEDT. Tickets and more information are available on the Here Comes The Sun website.

Festival Director Ross Macpherson said of this year’s events and partnering with World Surf League, “The World Surf League had witnessed our events over the years in Margaret River, but more so when we expanded into Torquay in 2024 with Ocean Alley and Ball Park Music at the top of the bill.”

“Aligning with music events is a part of WSL's goals for 2026 and beyond. Given its relationship with surfing and coastal communities, Here Comes The Sun was a natural fit.”

WSL APAC President Andrew Stark added, “WSL are stoked to partner with the Here Comes The Sun Festival to combine our iconic WSL Championship Tour events in Australia with an exciting music festival experience. Music and surfing have always shared an authentic fit, and this partnership will continue to bring this to life at our icon events.”
