Henry Wagons & The Only Children Lead The Corner's Grand Final Weekend Line-up

The Corner Hotel is celebrating this years AFL Grand Final in serious style with a pair of weekend car park events to please the music and sports fan in its punters.

On Friday, the stalwart venue is throwing a Grand Final Eve gig with a party featuring live music from Henry Wagons & The Only Children, Freya Josephine Hollick and The Bluebottles, with interactive game stations and face-painting for the young (and, presumably, young at heart) in-between.

There'll be cold drinks on tap and food vans to sate the stomach, and the family-friendly event can be attended for a gold-coin donation for charity.

Then, on Saturday, back up with the Corner's Grand Final Day Backyard Bash, presented by Carlton Draught. All the action between Richmond and Adelaide will be beamed to a big screen in the car park, with pop-up bars and more food-mobiles there to keep you quenched on all fronts before settling in for a performance from The ReChords following the match (which starts at 2.30pm).

Entry for the Saturday gig is also a measly gold-coin donation, with proceeds going to the good people at Reclink Australia.

Doors open at 2pm on Friday, and midday on Saturday.
