More Trivium More Trivium

US metal giants Trivium are set to continue their global dominance through 2016 by announcing a five date tour of Australia this coming April.

After seven studio albums and a stack of major festival appearances including Download and Soundwave 2014, the boys from Florida have experienced a wave of non-stop success since their 2005 sophomore album, Ascendancy. Their most recent record, Silence In The Snow, has consolidated Trivium’s status as a modern metal great, receiving critical acclaim upon its release in October last year.

Despite the recent departure of drummer Mat Madiro, the band has managed to pull through unscathed and are ready for a new chapter in the story - the same way they have done so many times before. The new addition to the line-up is former Kill Hannah drummer Paul Wandtke who has also appeared behind the kit in the hit musical Rock Of Ages.

The tour will start on the west coast in Fremantle on 10 April and will move east across the country, finishing up in Sydney on 16 April.
