Fans have been waiting for this for quite some time.
They won over the hearts of an enormous number of Australian music lovers with their debut LP Moonfire and now, after working on it for the past seven months or so, we finally get to hear the first taste of Boy & Bear's long-awaited second album Harlequin Dream.
This first single is called Southern Sun, and it shows the band's decision to lean a little more towards the pop side of music than the folk that was their main focus in those early days of the band. There's certainly a Fleetwood Mac vibe running through this tune, that classic pop group reportedly just one of the band's biggest inspirations for the new LP.

The album was co-produced by the band and the great Aussie production guru Wayne Connolly at the legendary Alberts Studio in Sydney. It will be released soon, though there is no official date scheduled as yet.
