Harvest Rock II, the iconic music and food festival, is back in the heart of Adelaide on Saturday, October 28, and Sunday, October 29, 2023, and this year promises to be an absolute feast for the senses.

The festival introduces a delectable new addition, the inaugural Yes Chef Stage, hosted by culinary duo Jake Smyth and Kenny Graham of Mary's fame. With an eclectic blend of music, food, wine, and brews, the Yes Chef Stage is set to tickle festival-goers' taste buds.

The brainchild of Secret Sounds, Harvest Rock II is the first-of-its-kind large-scale live music event in Australia to seamlessly blend the worlds of music, food, and wine. The Yes Chef Stage, hosted by Smyth and Graham, will be the culinary epicentre of the festival.

Festival attendees can indulge in a three-hour extravaganza featuring local boutique winemakers discussing their vintages and offering tastings, Australian chefs demonstrating their signature dishes with a BBQ theme and a star-studded lineup of musicians showcasing their culinary talents.

Secret Sounds Co-CEO, Jessica Ducrou, said about the culinary addition, "I'm excited to welcome Jake and Kenny to Harvest Rock II. Couldn't imagine two finer folk to talk about all things food and booze. Hang on to your hats; it's going to be a wild one at the Yes Chef Stage!"

The Yes Chef Stage promises a unique blend of culinary collaborations, audience participation, and organized chaos centred around a flaming BBQ.

Additionally, the Yes Chef Stage will see a roster of esteemed chefs and restaurateurs, including Jimmy Garside, Sam Christie, Karena Armstrong, Denny Bradden, Jason Stephenson, Terry Nattawoot, Shane Wilson, and artist James Brown, showcasing their culinary talents.

Jake Smyth and Kenny Graham, co-founders of Mary's, expressed their excitement for the event, saying, "Beyond excited and thankful to Harvest Rock for giving us this platform to do what we love. We will be smashing booze, burning food, and talking shop for a few glorious hours each day. It's going to be a culinary heaven - Yes Chef!"
