Off the back of his successful tours for his new show, Struggle With Glory, Harry James Angus (The Cat Empire) is set to release a new four-track EP, I Saw Red, featuring four tunes from the project.

Landing on Thursday 16 November, I Saw Red includes a series of original gospel-jazz tracks steeped in Greek mythology.

The project was originally launched earlier this year at an exclusive show at Melbourne's Church Of Bang Bang Boogaloo, before Angus took a stripped-back version on the road for a national Parlour tour.

However, the next time audiences have a chance to see the show in action, Angus will have scaled back up to include a full nine-piece band and gospel choir for a series of festival and event performances around the country, including at Melbourne Music Week, Mullum Music Festival, Adelaide Arts Festival and more.

To get a taste of the EP and the upcoming shows, check out the video of Angus and his full musical complement performing title track I Saw Red below.
