"First thing’s first. The Aussie BBQ was legitimately the best day of my life so far. It was absolutely off the hook, so much incredible Aussie music, so many snags stuffed in my glutinous gob, delicious frothies and all my best pals to boogie on down with. Here are my personal highlights from the day."

"We were lucky enough to catch The Money War guys earlier in the week purely by chance as we wandered around town with our eyes bulging out of our heads trying to absorb all the cool music and both times they were absolutely flawless. Even after just seeing them once previously we already felt nostalgic about their tunes."

"Ruby Boots left me absolutely floored. You know those times when an artist makes you do a really dumb amazed face because they’ve blown you away? Ruby Boots will do this to you, guaranteed."

"I mean, of course this was the highlight of my day because it was the highlight of my life. I’ve loved Gang Of Youths with an overwhelming passion since The Positions thoroughly broke me as a human. Dude can write a lyric. I’ve caught these guys back at home but to be able to see them playing at a small venue like this was such a treat. I can’t really say too much more, it was just perfection. Here is a photo of one of the happiest moments of my life, meeting Dave.

"One quick final word on this fantastic man, Glenn Dickie. Glenn works his tail off traversing the globe promoting Aussie music and has been a huge help to us as we’ve wiggled our way through the world. Aside from being the most hilarious MC you’ll ever be likely to meet, this dude is possibly the biggest advocate for Aussie tunes in the world, so thanks and we love you."
