An official statement from Graves addresses the situation:

Hey guys, we have a bit of sad news. Our singer Rhys was rushed to hospital this morning, his condition still remains unknown at this stage and he will not be able to make it for the rest of The Acacia Strain tour. That said, the last thing Rhys would want is for us to pull out so we have organised for our good friends James from RIVALRIES to sing at the next two Sydney shows and Daniel from Hearts Like Wolves for the Brisbane leg. Our thoughts are with Rhys at this time and we hope he makes a full recovery soon.
