Garbage Announce First Aussie Shows In Three Years

Giddy up!

More Garbage Garbage

In support of their recently-released sixth LP Strange Little Birds, veteran alt-rock outfit Garbage have announced they'll be hitting Australia this November for an east coast tour, in what will be their first shows in the country since 2013.

Having just been announced on the upcoming A Day On The Green line-up, the band will kick off their headline shows in Melbourne, before moving on to play in Wollongong (their first gig there in 17 years) and Sydney.

Melbourne group Tiny Little Houses will open for Garbage in Sydney and their hometown, while Olympia will also support the band in Sydney only.

Meanwhile, to make their first gig in Wollongong in nearly two decades even more special, fellow A Day On The Green headliner The Temper Trap and Tash Sultana will join Garbage on stage.

Tickets for all three shows go on sale from midday on Monday, 8 August.
