Melbourne bedroom singer Fractures – real name Mark Zito – has been forced to cancel his upcoming debut show because he has, yes really, fractured his neck.

The show was due to take place at The Toff In Town Thursday 20 June was to be the first time the project was seen live, outside of a warm-up set for family and friends recently. However Zito fell at his home yesterday and cracked a vertebrae in his neck.

Fractures has risen to notoriety on the back of the track Twisted, which has attracted radio play and internet sharing.

He plans to reschedule the date once recovered. Refunds are now available from point of purchase.
