Former Municipal Waste drummer Brandon Ferrell has sadly passed away, according to online statements.

Former Municipal Waste drummer Brandon Ferrell has sadly passed away, according to online statements.

Ferrell was a member of the aforementioned Virginia thrash band from 2002 - 2004. Reported by Loudwire, no cause of death has yet been revealed.

"We are confused and heart broken right now. Thank you Brandon Ferrell for everything you have contributed to this band not only musically but as a friend and a brother," Municipal Waste commented.

Ferrell's stint in the line-up included playing/recording drums on Municipal Waste's debut album, 'Waste 'Em All'.
