Foo Fighters cancel New Zealand charity show

Modern rock legends Foo Fighters have been forced to cancel an intimate charity show set to take place tomorrow night in Auckland.

Modern rock legends Foo Fighters have been forced to cancel an intimate charity show set to take place tomorrow night in Auckland.

A serious accident involving a truck carrying "essential band equipment" between Christchurch and Auckland has forced the band and the promoter to cancel the show, scheduled for Friday night at Auckland Town Hall. Thankfully, the driver is expected to be ok.

Replacement equipment is being flown in from Los Angeles to New Zealand, and all other dates on the bands AUS/NZ tour are expected to remain unaffected.

Refunds are available for all ticket holders. You can see a statement from the promoter on the Frontier Touring Facebook page.
