It's going to be a long setlist
Okay, so not only do we have the Guns N’ Roses line-up reunion we dreamed about, but a set of accompanying Australian tour dates for this month.
Their current world tour has seen classic hits, the occasional oddball and a handful epic covers thrown into the mix, so we’ve compiled five songs we want Axl Rose, Slash and Duff McKagan to unleash during their time Down Under. Potential spoilers ahead.
The megahits will no doubt make the setlist, but we’re aching to hear to the gut-wrenching cries of Use Your Illusion hit November Rain echo throughout stadiums around the country.

While 2008’s Chinese Democracy didn’t feature Slash or Duff McKagan, the band has reportedly been playing songs from it, largely selected by those two members. Hearing the reunion line-up inject their classic stamp on the songs will no doubt take them to the next level.
The band have been covering Pink Floyd’s Wish You Were Here during recent South American shows, with Slash and Richard Fortus dishing up a guitar duet. Yes, we wish we were there, too. There’s some shaky live footage floating around, but best not to ruin the magic just in case they do produce this classic in Australia.
Yep, that’s the theme from the Godfather by composed by Nino Rota. One of the all-time greatest rock bands performing music from one of the best films of all time. Its appearance on the setlist isn’t new to this tour, but we’ll take Slash absolutely annihilating his guitar for six minutes straight any day.
Okay, I know we said these songs are pretty much a given – Paradise City a contender for show closer – but the epic crowd chorus to the iconic lyrics of one of the world’s biggest singles of all time will no doubt resonate for years.
