Fetty Wap Reportedly Robbed, Three Hospitalised After Shootings

Three people have been hospitalised after an alleged attempt to rob US rapper Fetty Wap early Sunday morning resulted in a shootout.

According to TMZ, cash and a chain belonging to the 25-year-old were taken in his hometown of New Jersey and police were called out to the location at around 5am following reports of a fight and gunfire.

The officers arrived to find two men with bullet wounds; one in the leg and the other in the torso. 

The third man checked himself into a medical centre not long after the incident took place. 

An investigation is now underway and while it is currently unknown if Fetty Wap was directly involved in the fight, the alleged robbery has not been reported.
