Legendary dance music pioneer Fatboy Slim will play an exclusive headline show in Sydney in addition to his run of outdoor raves across the country this March for his Fatboy Slim Loves Australia tour.
Fatboy Slim was already slated to play Perth, Bowral, Barossa Valley, Geelong and Mount Cotton next month, but has extended his stay to include a one-off show at the Roundhouse in Sydney on Tuesday the 18th of March. Special guests are still yet to be announced for the exclusive headline show, however Sweden’s DJ Seinfeld, and Australia’s own CC:DISCO! and Jennifer Loveless are geared to shake things up at every other tour stop.
Fatboy Slim also known as Norman Cook reached a point of early success with the release of his hit singles Everybody Needs a 303 and Going Out of My Head. Shortly after, he would be catapulted into household-name status for resident dance music fans with his first UK #1 hit Praise You, with his club banger Right Here Right Now peaking at #2.
The undeniably huge Eat, Sleep, Rave, Repeat, and singles like Where U Iz, Boom F**king Boom, Role Model featuring Dan Diamond and Luca Guerrieri and Bus Stop Please with Daniel Steinberg have ultimately kept Fatboy Slim in contemporary dance music rotation, solidifying the artist as a prolific creative who continues to deliver. Just ask any dance music fan, and they’ll be able to tell you just how deep the impact of Fatboy Slim goes.
Treating his loyal Australian audience to an outdoor summer rave unlike any other, the artist is also due to close out the entertainment at the Crown Lakeside Festival during the FORMULA 1 LOUIS VUITTON AUSTRALIAN GRAND PRIX 2025 in Melbourne on Sunday the 16th March.
