No surprises here

Christmas is king when it comes to album sales and John Farnham and Olivia Newton-John's collaborative Christmas album, Friends For Christmas, has picked up the #1 spot on the ARIA Charts this week, followed closely by Michael Buble's Christmas at #2, an album that has soared to the top of the charts basically every Christmas since its release in 2011.

The Rolling Stones, who were crowned #1 last week, have come in at a solid #3 this week with their latest, Blue & Lonesome.

The week's highest album debut, however, was R&B act J Cole's 4 Your Eyez Only, which came in at #6. Other debuts this week include The X Factor winner Isaiah's self-titled effort at #12, Neil Young's Peace Trail at #52, Sarah McLachlan's Wonderland at #68, the Sing Soundtrack at #77 and new Disney Princess movie Moana's soundtrack at #100.

Over on the ARIA Singles chart, Clean Bandit's Rockabye featuring Sean Paul and Anne-Marie has held strong at #1, while mega-pop duet I Don't Wanna Live Forever by Zayn & Taylor Swift has debuted at #3.
