A fan has been injured at a Blink-182 concert in Los Angeles, after falling from a second-storey balcony inside the Hollywood Palladium.

According to TMZ, the male concert-goer, who is also said to be a close friend of the band, fell "face first" during Blink's performance of Dammit. Despite several witnesses to the incident, it is still unclear as to how the man fell or how serious his injuries are.

The band's rep told TMZ that the fan is receiving hospital treatment and that they've been in touch with his family, but no further information has been revealed at this stage.

Blink toured Australia, minus drummer Travis Barker, earlier this year for Soundwave.
