The Preatures ProfileSydney's The Preatures are one of this year's most raved about new acts and they caused quite a stir when winning the prestigious Vanda & Young Songwriting Competition – in more ways than one.
The band were good enough to come into our Melbourne office recently to have a chat about winning that competition, the controversy that surrounded said victory and the importance of politics in both music and general everyday life.
The band also gave us a stellar rendition of the song that netted them the prize, the excellent Is This How You Feel?.
