A bona-fide Australian classic.
The 1981 album from Aussie rockers Sunnyboys goes down as one of the truly great Australian records of all time, in our books, so we are beyond thrilled to be able to bring you the album – and a few extra gems – on the eve of it being reissued this Friday.
Recorded with the great Lobby Loyde at Alberts Studios, the 11 initial tracks (not including the reprise which closes the album) shot the band to stardom and some of the songs remain staples on radio to this day. As mentioned in our five-star review of the album this week, the songs still sound amazing after this many years and deserves to be in just about everyone's album collection.
This new version has not only been remastered but also features a raft of material that has never been heard before, including demo tracks from a session conducted before the recording of the album and a couple of live tunes as well.
You can hear the first disc of the expanded edition of the album here, featuring the full album and a handful of bonus tracks, exclusively on theMusic.com.au.
