The debut album from emerging folk-wunderkind Jackson McLaren and his band The Triple Threat is finally out at the end of the week but just because we can, we're streaming the record exclusively on theMusic.com.au!
Songs To Greet The Dawn is a “confident” release, according to our review of the LP, which also praised the “glimpses of vulnerability” that McLaren shows on the album.
McLaren shot to fame at age 17 when he was discovered by singer-songwriter Josh Pyke, who went on to produce the Warrnambool native's first EP. There is a Pyke connection to this LP also - it was produced by John Castle who has previously worked with Pyke, as well as Megan Washington, Gossling and The Bamboos.
