More Everclear More Everclear

American alt-rock legends Everclear will return to Australia in February 2023 with an enormous 17-date tour. Fresh off gigging their 30th anniversary in the US, it's our turn to relive the glory days that meant Everything To Everyone.

Since their formation in 1991 in Portland, Oregon, the punk rockers have released 11 albums, received a Grammy nomination in 1998, and helped shape a punk scene in a time defined by grunge and pop bands.

Everclear will begin their Australian tour on Thursday, 2 February, with four dates in Queensland. From there, the band heads to New South Wales and stops in Canberra, then a run of dates in Victoria, South Australia, and Western Australia. More tour details are below. The Exclusive Pre-sale begins NOW, but General Admission tickets go on sale tomorrow at noon.

"After spending the better part of 2022 celebrating our 30th anniversary as a band, releasing our remastered debut album World Of Noise on digital platforms for the first time ever, and recently releasing our new single, Year Of The Tiger, we are so excited to be coming back to our home away from home with the largest and most inclusive Australian tour we have ever done," vocalist Art Alexakis commented.

He added, "By mixing it up and digging into the catalogue, it still makes it fun and relevant for us, and I think for the fans as well. It's still important to play the hits, but by playing those other songs as well, it makes it all seem more vibrant and real. Even though I recorded some of those songs over 20 years ago, I haven't played them in a long time, so it's like reinventing the wheel. I'm having more fun now than I have in years. I think all of us are."

Everclear fans will get to hear the hits like Santa Monica, Father Of Mine, I Will Buy You A New Life, Wonderful and Everything To Everyone, as well as new music - Year Of The Tiger is the band's first song since their eleventh album, 2015's Black Is The New Black.
