Coldplay the ones to beat for #1

More Dune Rats More Dune Rats

The new album from Dune Rats and the resilient Boy & Bear record are set to finish this week inside the ARIA Albums Chart's top 20 according to midweek figures.

Dune Rats are on track for their self-titled record to debut in the top 20 while Sydney band Boy & Bear's Harlequin Dream could push into the same type of territory thanks to their well-selling tour.

Coldplay are still the band to beat for top spot however with their album Ghost Stories looking for three weeks in a row. The ever present Frozen soundtrack is probably the strongest threat, with the top debut of the week – set to be Die Antwoord's Donker Mag – hoping to sneak into the top ten. 50 Cent's Animal Ambition:: An Untamed Desire To Win will slot in between Die Antwoord and Dune Rats.

Outside of Boy & Bear, Ellie Goulding will re-enter the top 50 in a big way with Keith Urban's Fuse sizing up a top ten re-entry. James Blunt's Moonlanding is also tracking well.

Two Australian singles will provide the top debuts in the ARIA Singles Chart with The Collective's Burn The Bright Lights and Angus & Julia Stone's Heart Beats Slow tracking around the 30-40 mark. Another local Justice Crew will fight to hold their number one position with Que Sera from the likes of Nick & Vinz's Am I Wrong?.

Illy's Tightrope is also on the move, with a top 20 entry on the cards.

Lana Del Rey's Shades Of Cool will likely slip into the top 50 while the figures are showing strong weeks for existing releases, Sigma's Nobody To Love, Tove Lo's Stay High (Habit Remix), Nicki Minaj's Pills N Potions and Keith Urban's Shame.
