Bad haircuts, big choruses and good times are a go, with the inaugural Pure Gold Live concert series announcing Dragon will head the 2014 event.
They’ve rounded up some of Australia’s most revered rockers from the ‘70s, ‘80s and ‘90s to help of Sydney’s historic Hordern Pavilion celebrate its 90th birthday. Saturday 25 October.
Joining Dragon for the celebrations will be Eurogliders, Rose Tattoo, GANGgajang, Machinations, Wendy Matthews, Mi-Sex, Moving Pictures, 1927, Pseudo Echo, Jon Stevens and Swanee.
Over three hours the rock’n’roll veterans will treat fans to the biggest hits of their careers, with WSFM101.7 Breakfast hosts Brendan ‘Jonesy’ Jones and Amanda Keller in the MC chair.
