Canadian progressive rock staple Devin Townsend of Strapping Young Lad fame will be heading to our eastern shores this October with Devin Townsend Project, and none other than Maryland metal group, Periphery.
Townsend's two decades and a combined twenty albums in the music industry will see him presumably bringing songs from all corners of his career to his Australian tour, as well as his latest album with Devin Townsend Project, Z², a concept album featuring two parts — Sky Blue and Dark Matters.
Periphery will also have their double album, Juggernaut: Alpha and Omega, in tow, having debuted both at #22 and #25 respective on the ARIA Charts.
The two bands will be kicking off their tour on Saturday, 22 October in Brisbane, before heading to Sydney and Melbourne.
