Danish progressive metal stalwarts Royal Hunt have confirmed their first ever tour of Australia.

The melodic outfit will visit our shores in April, playing two shows in Melbourne and Sydney. Early bird tickets can be purchased now, with general sale available from from Thursday 30 January. Check out all the details below.

The band formed 25 years ago by Russian-born keyboardist Andrè Andersen, who has also performed with other bands such as Cornerstone, Evil Masquerade and Prime Time. To date, Royal Hunt have released twelve full-length albums, plus a handful of live collections and EPs. Their latest record A Life To Die For came out last year.
