Scottish pop rockers Deacon Blue have announced they will return to Australia for the first time in 30 years, fittingly to celebrate their 30th anniversary. 

The Glasgow six-piece will hit the country in November, with shows booked in Perth, Adelaide, Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne.

"We’ve been trying to get Deacon Blue back to Australia for 30 years and we’re so happy that’s finally going to happen in 2019," the band said.


"We get so many messages to play in the southern hemisphere, we really are delighted to get back there."
