More De La Soul More De La Soul

Early 2026 is already warming up with incredible shows, but one of the most exciting tours has just been announced: it’s called Droppin’ Science, and it’s an epic bill of international and local hip-hop.

Led by the pioneering De La Soul, the group will be accompanied by American rapper and record producer Oddisee, performing with his band Good Compny, and by proud First Nations woman Miss Kaninna. The shows will take over the East Coast in early 2026.

The tour begins at Sydney’s Enmore Theatre on Wednesday, 25 February, followed by being part of the programming at Melbourne’s Palace Foreshore on Friday, 27 February, and concludes at Brisbane’s South Bank Cultural Forecourt as part of the On The Banks outdoor concert series.

Pre-sale tickets will be available from 4:30 pm local time today, followed by the general sale on Thursday, 20 November, at 4:30 pm local time. You can find tickets via the Astral People website.

Tour promoters Astral People said of the shows:

DROPPIN’ SCIENCE - A CELEBRATION OF HIP HOP

De La Soul, Oddisee & Good Compny, and Miss Kaninna come together for Droppin’ Science — a night dedicated to hip hop in all its forms.

From the golden era to the now, Droppin’ Science honours the architects who built the foundations and the new generation shaping the future. It’s a tribute to the artform that raised us, the sound that shaped culture, and the stories that continue to move it forward.

Landing in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane — Droppin’ Science unites the fearless, the influential, and the unapologetically authentic. Headlined by De La Soul, joined by Oddisee & Good Compny and Miss Kaninna.

Three is the magic number ☘️ Three artists. Three cities. Three nights of energy. This is hip hop in full colour.
