Melbourne-via-Wollongong buzz band Cry Club are primed for a huge 2020, today unveiling an east coast headline tour in support of new single Robert Smith.

With a run of festival dates confirmed to round out the year, the duo – who showcased at BIGSOUND last month – will play five headline shows across January and February in support of the new track.

Lead vocalist Heather Riley described Robert Smith as “a warm embrace of brattiness wrapped in a spikey, riffy, obnoxiously loud package”.

Guitarist Jono Tooke added: “This song feels like the furthest out into the wilderness we’ve gone successfully.”
