"Like most dreams, this one was best realised through a group of pretentious cartoon animals with silly voices."

More Crayon Fields More Crayon Fields

Melbourne's Crayon Fields are re-issuing their much-loved 2009 album, All The Pleasures Of The World, this week.

To celebrate the release, the four-piece have released this very serious Classic Albums-style documentary (OK, it may not be all that serious...).

"It has been a dream of mine to be a talking head in an episode of the Classic Albums TV documentary series ever since I saw the one about Fleetwood Mac’s Rumours," said frontman Geoffrey O'Connor.

"Like most dreams, this one was best realised through a group of pretentious cartoon animals with silly voices."

Check it out below.

Crayon Fields will be celebrating the re-issue with a show at The Gasometer in Collingwood on Saturday 29 February, with Sweet Whirl and Cyanide Thornton as support. Check out theGuide for all the details.
